Digital Information and Expert Access for Breast Health

Project Story

Meme Online is a digital platform that helps people seeking breast health information access educational content and online expert services. In healthcare, visitors often need more than an article: they want to identify the topic behind their question, find answers to similar questions, and reach an expert when needed.

We designed the platform as a complete experience that organizes health information and guides users to the right online service. From content categories to question-and-answer workflows, we focused on making information accessible and clear while treating a sensitive subject responsibly.

Challenge

Breast health covers related but distinct information needs, including general health, imaging, biopsy, breast cancer, and aesthetics. People may search many sources when they are concerned; scattered content can make it difficult to find the right topic and distinguish reliable answers.

Another requirement was to make the boundary between general information and personalized expert advice clear. Visitors needed to read content, submit questions, and find previously answered questions without the digital experience implying that it makes a diagnosis or treatment decision.

Our Approach

We organized content around the way users search, using topic groups and subcategories. Page structures for breast health, imaging, biopsy, cancer, and aesthetics help visitors reach the information they need more directly.

We brought services such as “Ask Your Doctor,” answered questions, risk assessment, and reminders into a coordinated platform. The Q&A archive helps users find responses previously provided by experts, while the consultation flow connects new questions with the appropriate expert channel.

We built a sustainable content structure for multiple languages and subject areas. Page design prioritizes readability, clear service calls to action, and consistent navigation that helps users understand where they are.

Outcome

Meme Online brings educational content and online expert communication together in one digital hub. Visitors can find topics of interest, access services such as risk assessment and consultation, and explore previously answered questions.

The structure makes health information easier to navigate and allows the platform’s content to grow over time. It provides digital access to information and experts; assessment, diagnosis, and treatment decisions remain with healthcare professionals.
