Job Applicant Privacy Notice

At Nar Bilişim, we value the protection of personal data during recruitment. This Notice has been prepared to inform job applicants about the processing of their personal data under Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

1. Personal Data Processed

During recruitment, we may process applicants’ identity, contact, education, professional experience, résumé, and application information. Professional qualifications and reference information may also be assessed depending on the application.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may be processed to assess job applications and suitability for a position, conduct interviews, communicate with applicants, and plan recruitment processes.

3. Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data may be obtained electronically or in physical form through application forms, résumés, email, telephone, and interviews. Your data is processed on the applicable legal grounds set out in the KVKK.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Where necessary to conduct recruitment and in accordance with applicable legislation, your personal data may be shared with authorized persons, institutions, or service providers.

5. Retention of Personal Data

Applicant personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing and in accordance with applicable retention obligations. Once the purpose of retention has ended, the data is erased, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with applicable law.

6. Data Subject Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information if it is being processed, ask for inaccurate or incomplete data to be corrected, and exercise your other rights under the conditions set out in the law.
